Come one, come all! We are hosting our second Garage Sale on Saturday, June 8. We will be in the clinic parking lot on the corner of E. 9 Mile and Paxton. You can park immediately west of the clinic. Current Waiting List is Now Open!
Our waiting list is open as of May 21. Call for appointments and information at 248-677-2273. Patients on our previous waiting list will be bumped to the front and are being contacted to schedule their appointments. All new prospective patients will be required to submit a Medicaid Denial letter. For Medicaid information please contact Oakland County Department of Human Services by telephone at 248-583-8700 or at www.michigan.gov/mibridges. Click on “Apply for Benefits”.
2013 Citizens for a Fair Ferndale “Community Partners” Award!
The FernCare Board of Directors is proud to announce that the FernCare Clinic Team has been chosen to receive the 2013 Citizens for a Fair Ferndale “Community Partners” Award! Our 5th Annual Dinner was a Great Success!
We would like to thank everyone who came out to support FernCare at this year’s Annual Dinner. Over 200 tickets were sold this year!
