Please join FernCare Free Clinic at our Fourth Annual *mini* Golf Tournament! 

This family friendly event is the perfect Summer event to bring in much funds for FernCare Free Clinic. We will be teeing off on Saturday, July 27 from 10am-12pm at the Royal Oak Golf Center located at 3500 Edgar in Royal Oak.

Why FernCare? The FernCare Free Clinic is a non-profit, self-funded, free clinic that provides no-cost medical care to people who don’t have medical insurance or a primary care provider.Our patients come from every corner of Michigan!

We provide the following services:

  • Non-emergency healthcare
  • Checkups
  • Generic medications
  • Lab Testing
  • Audio/Visual Remote Telehealth Visits

 

Enrollment assistance with:

  • Prescription Assistance Program
  • Affordable Care Act Insurance Exchange Enrollment Assistance
  • Healthy Michigan Enrollment Assistance
  • 1:1 smoking Cessation Counseling
  • Acupuncture
  • Nutrition Counseling
  • Lab Testing
  • Wellness/Life Coaching
