This is an appointment only clinic. Patients cannot have a primary care provider. All calls are returned within 24 hours. If we have a waiting list, please call the Appointment Desk for assistance in finding other free or sliding scale medical care. Please also refer to our Resources Page. Follow-up appointments for our current patients are always available.

2013 Clinic Schedule and Hours
We are open the first and third Saturdays of every month, 9am to noon, and the 4th Thursday of each month, 6pm to 9pm. Exceptions are when the clinic date falls on a major holiday or during community events that restrict access to the clinic’s parking lot. Please note that clinic hours are subject to change, and they will be posted on this website as quickly as possible.

Criteria for Patients

  1. Patients must be between the ages of 19 through 64.
  2. Patients must provide a photo ID.
  3. Patients have NO insurance of any kind: no public health assistance federal or state supplied (VA, Mediciad, Medicare, etc.) and/or NO private insurance of any kind including catastrophic or policies that include everything except office visits.
  4. Patients must submit a Medicaid Denial letter before an appointment can be made.
  5. Patients are required to sign a Patient Contract as well as fill out a Health History and Information forms.
  6. Services Offered
    All of the medical staff volunteering for the clinic are licensed or certified as required by the State of Michigan.
    Patients are seen by a practitioner (physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).
    All lab work is done at the clinic with the results available to the patients in about 6-10 days.
    The clinic dispenses generic medications. We assist patients with Prescription Assist Program for medications we do not carry.
    A benefits counselor is available to help patients locate services we do not provide.
    A social worker, life coach and holistic nutritionist are all available upon request.
    We offer six to twelve weeks of in-depth counseling.

    Services NOT Offered
    We do not handle any sexually transmitted disease issues. This service is free at the Oakland County Health Department locations.
    We do not provide any obstetric work. Our physicians are volunteers and we cannot guarantee that the same medical staff would be able to follow a pregnancy from diagnosis to birth.
    We do not provide any emergency care.  We refer callers and patients to a clinic/hospital with that capability.
    We do not provide any mental health care that is beyond what a family practice/general care practitioner is comfortable with.
    We do not provide any imaging,i.e. x-ray, ultra sound, MRI, etc.
